Meditation is not an easy skill to learn.  It takes time, and it takes effort.  It really is worth it though!  This world creates so much stress, and unless we learn a good way to deal with it, we suffer.  I firmly believe that even dedicating 30 seconds once a day to meditate will help you cultivate calm infinitely more than doing nothing.  Check out my blog posts about meditation, and come back anytime you have a just a few minutes - or less - to add a little more peace to your day.
