Week 1


  1. BulletLesson 1: During this lesson, you will learn how to being a gratitude practice that really makes sense for you.  You will also work with the pre-class assignment project to look for clues that keep you stuck.


Week 2


  1. BulletLesson 2: This lesson shows you how to find a meditation practice that works fir you, get motivated to stick with it, and discover the medical, spiritual, and psychological benefits regular meditation provides.


Week 3


  1. BulletLesson 3:  Roadblock Check - Learn how to overcome common roadblocks specific to creating mediation and gratitude practices.


Week 4


  1. BulletLesson 4:  Emotions - This lesson will teach you how to feel your emotions without being taken over by them.


Week 5


  1. BulletLesson 5: Opportunities - During this lesson you will learn how to value your own past and release any guilt that may be holding you back.  Additionally, you will learn how to see mistakes as learning opportunities and clear the way for a bright, shiny, and peaceful future.


Week 6


  1. BulletLesson 6: Roadblock Check - This lesson will teach you how to find your personal roadblock triggers and learn  how to overcome them.


Week 7


  1. BulletLesson 7:  Living Authentically - During this lesson you will take all you have learned and create your own Authentic Living Doctrine as well as creating a plan to follow it towards your personal, everyday peace.


Week 8


  1. BulletLesson 8: Wrapping it All Up and Moving Forward - This lesson shows you how to keep going on your journey and stay motivated even after the class is over.
